At KerrTex Motors, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Because we sell pre-owned vehicles, all sales include thorough inspections, documented history reports, and the opportunity for customers to test drive, inspect, and ask any questions prior to purchase. The return policy outlined below helps ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.

1. All Vehicle Sales Are Final

All used vehicle purchases at KerrTex Motors are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a vehicle has been purchased, delivered, or driven off the lot.

This policy applies to all used vehicles regardless of:

  • Vehicle price
  • Financing method
  • Vehicle age or mileage
  • Vehicle condition at the time of purchase

2. Pre-Purchase Inspections Encouraged

Customers are welcome to arrange a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) by a licensed mechanic of their choice. The cost of any PPI is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

PPIs must be completed prior to finalizing the sale.

3. Test Drives & Vehicle History Reports

Before purchasing a vehicle, customers are given the opportunity to:

  • Take a test drive
  • Review the vehicle history report
  • Review inspection results
  • Ask questions regarding the vehicle’s condition

We encourage buyers to carefully review all available information before making a decision.

4. “As-Is” Vehicle Sales

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all vehicles are sold “AS IS”, meaning:

  • No warranties are expressed or implied
  • KerrTex Motors is not responsible for future repairs or maintenance
  • The buyer assumes all responsibility for the vehicle after purchase

If a warranty is purchased through a third-party warranty provider, claims must be handled directly through that provider.

5. Deposits

Deposits made to hold a vehicle may be:

  • Non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Applied toward the final purchase price

If a customer chooses not to proceed with the purchase, KerrTex Motors reserves the right to retain the deposit.

6. Title & Documentation Issues

If a title or documentation issue arises that prevents KerrTex Motors from completing the sale, the dealership will refund the customer in full.
